Short Biography
Bouchra Hamad is a Senior System Analyst and ICT Project Manager at the Lebanese Ministry of Finance; IT visiting instructor and consultant at the Lebanese University; and IT visiting instructor at both New Horizons and Makhzoumi Foundation. Since she joined the Ministry of Finance in 2004 as a Software Developer, Boushra contributed to the in-house analysis and development of various applications covering Archiving Mailing Systems, Payroll, and Salary Audit Applications. and certified from US Department of state as Techwomen leader and Mentor.
